PUBLIC ANNOUCEMENT / BROADCAST |

MARS Public Announcement and Broadcast allows the system administrator to configure
and send text as well as voice messages to the intended recipients. The administrator
can create a group of end points to send the message and broadcast. Voice messages
are delivered to the IP phones and a beep is played to indicate its arrival.
Messages can be termed as private and public too while the former will come with
only the heading as shown where as the latter come with the full message showing
up. Alerts and Broadcasts can be configured at individual user accounts. The users
can use these features through their IP phones or through their web based consoles.

MARS Messaging facilitates multi nodal messaging. This can be used by the administrators,
department heads and operational staff to communicate with their users and also
by individual employees for peer-to-peer communication.

MARS Digital Album is an application to show relevant content in the IP Phone browser.
This application allows converting of a MS Power Point Presentation to specific
formats suitable to be shown on the IP Phone. With this application users of IP
Phones in various languages can be catered to with advertisements as well as other
necessary content.
