MARS Call Reject & Busy Intimation  October 2009

Small measures yet big relief. Those of us who use Cisco IP Phones in our desk know that there is no way we can reject a call or send a busy intimation. We use round about ways to achieve that and most common among them are reducing the ring volume and wait for the call to pass on. But is there a more sophisticated way to do something about it. The answer is yes, and it is the ‘MARS Call Reject & Busy Intimation’ application. Now we all can choose which way to respond to an incoming call. We can reject a call or send a busy message if we wish. Going further it will be possible to play customized prompts pr divert it to a voice mail box as well.
